Midwest Veterinary Referral Center (MVRC) is a multi-specialty referral hospital providing daytime specialty care in Internal Medicine, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Surgery, Nutrition and Critical Care along with 24 hour Emergency Services. We are seeking an emergency doctor for our growing practice.
Emergency doctors are exposed to a varied and busy emergency caseload, as well as specialty cases. Availability of afterhours specialist consultations augment the delivery of excellent patient care. Criticalist oversight is provided for all hospitalized emergency cases. The 13,000 square foot facility at MVRC offers a full laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, oxygen case, excellent monitoring equipment and a designated isolation ward in addition to a 30 cage ICU. State of the art operating suites and equipment are also at the ER doctor’s disposal. During the day onsite CT, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, minimally invasive surgery and complete ophthalmologic care enhance the care of emergency patients if needed.
